Alcatel 1X Android Go Edition smartphone launches in US for $99.99

While Apple, Samsung, and Google launch phones in the $900 to $1,000 range, others continue to compete in the sub-$300 market. Alcatel has one of the lowest priced phones we've seen in the 1X.
