If you want all those cool new iOS 9 features, it's time to buy a new iPad

The ability to iOS 9 is no guarantee that you'll get access to all those cool new features you saw being demoed for the iPad at the WWDC 2015 keynote. Unless you don't have the latest and greatest iPad, you're out of luck and it's time to spend some money.
